Balkh Provincial Governor Atta Mohammad Noor on Tuesday said that investment is growing in the province.

According to Mr Noor, good security and lack of bureaucracy are the main reason of investment growth in the province. But he says there is still much time needed for the province to be able to produce.
More investments have been made on construction of roads and building, Balkh governor said.
As there are increasing concerns over lack of investments in the country, the governor says that efforts are being made to attract investors' attention and with increasing security, the level of investments in all districts of the province have increased.
Mr Noor emphasised on security of investors and said safety of the investors is the main point of investment growth in the country.
"We want to make sure that all private sector investors are secure so that they could trust us and invest in our province," Atta Mohammad Noor said. "We are committed to provide a secure environment for them."
He once again emphasised on increasing the authorities of the provincial governors, because as he believes, a powerful governor can implement better projects in his concerned province.
Business is also increasing in the province as most of the materials are coming from it's ports.
